Edward W. Morrill enlisted in the Civil war July 26, 1861 ad a private, Company C, 19th Regiment Massachusetts Infantry. He was present at a long list of battles including Bull Run and Antietam. He was ultimately wounded in the leg and later discharged due to his wounds, March 20, 1863. George W.
