[7]In the probate of the estate of Ezra Morrill of Salisbury, blacksmith, his wife Sarah was appointed administrator. “Guardianship of John Morrill a minor aged 15 years, Ezra Morrill a minor aged 12 years, William Morrill a minor aged 9 years all children of Ezra Morrill granted to Sarah Morrill.” The documents mention “Jacob Brown and Joseph Wadleigh as sureties for the faithful execution of that trust.”
