The obituary of Moses Morrill reads, “At Nevis, on the 22d of Aug. last, Capt. Moses Morrill, 26 years of age, master of the brig Rambler, with a fever, after three days. He was an honest, active and enterprising man, his friends and the community are greatly disappointed in the pleasing prospects which they entertained of his increasing usefulness to society.
