His own obituary, transcribed on a Find a Grave memorial, gives his full name as Richard Norman Creeden, born at Manchester on 28 April 1946, the son of Norman Creeden and Ruth (Lamy) Lievens; a compiled public-records index gives the same name and birth date, with the alias Richard P Creeden, and residences at Manchester from 1993 to 2007, where the obituary places him at Goffstown. He is placed in the Creeden family because he bore the surname Creeden and was born during his mother’s marriage to Norman Creeden, and his own obituary names Norman Creeden as his father; his mother later married Arthur J. An obituary printed in the Union Leader on 18 December 2011 and transcribed on her Find a Grave memorial says she died on 15 December 2011, born at Cambridge, Massachusetts, on 23 June 1948, the daughter of John and Lena (DiCeglie) Costa. An obituary index entry gives her death date as 23 December 2011, five days after that obituary appeared, so 15 December is entered and the index date may be a keying error; it gives her birth date as 23 June 1948 and the word Cambridge where a death place would be, and spells her mother’s name Diceglie.
