Henrietta Bailey — m. in Newtown, N.Y., 13 February 1808
Jesse Morrell enlisted in the Revolutionary War in July 1775 at Newtown, New York. He was a private in the regiment commanded by Col. James Holmes and the company of Capt. Nathaniel Woodward and served six months at Albany and Ticonderoga and was discharged at Montreal. In his deposition in 1832 he states that he has lived in Newtown his whole live and lives there at present. There is a notation on the page that he is blind at the time.
