Amos Morrill was a shoemaker in Marlborough, Massachusetts.
Amos Morrill of Marlborough, Shoemaker, enlisted in the Civil War as a Private on July 16, 1861 at the age of 25. He enlisted in Company I, 13 Infantry Regiment Massachusetts, and mustered out on August 1, 1864. [5]
Both Amos and his wife Mary died from disease within a month of each other, in 1873. The children Alice and Edward were raised by Michael and Kate Eagan of Marlborough, who list the children as Niece and Nephew in the 1880 census.
