Richard Morrill was a leutenant during the Revolutionary War under Capt. Benjamin Evans in the regiment of Col. Pickering in 1776 and 1777. His widow states that they had three children, all deceased by the time of her testimony in 1836. The witness Jonathan Morrill states that he knew of only one child, thus it is probable the other two died in infancy.
