Aloysius W. Penell — m. in Swanton, Vt., 29 April 1929[6]
Aloysius b. ca. 1897[8].
NOTE: needs independent verification: the exact birth date 27 May 1907 rests on two derivative indexes that give it only as a date on a death record and a memorial (secondary information); a Vermont birth record or the 1940 census (Swanton VT) would confirm it. It replaces the uncited ABT 1908 and is consistent with age 21 at her 29 Apr 1929 marriage.
Identity: the Florida death index and the memorial name her under her married name, Penell; they are tied to Mary Elizabeth Morrill by the Swanton, Vermont marriage record of 29 Apr 1929, which names her parents as J W Morrill and Martha Curley, and by the memorial’s form Mary Elizabeth Morrill Penell.[9]
