Beulah’s birth on 31 March 1915 is recorded in an index entry of a Maine town birth return at Wells, which names her Beulah Blossom Fenderson, daughter of Archie C Fenderson and Sadie W Clark. A Find a Grave memorial that quotes part of an obituary gives the birthplace as Ogunquit, which was part of Wells until 1980, and the middle name as Blasson; the tree keeps Blasson and records the birth at Wells. The Social Security Death Index gives the same birth and death dates, her age as 96 and a last residence at Kittery; its middle initial F and Massachusetts issuing state differ from the tree, and it is placed with her by the exact dates and the Maine residence. Her death at Kittery on 29 June 2011 and her burial in Pine Hill Cemetery at Wells come from the memorial; the 1940 marriage index names the bride Beulah B Fenderson. Needs independent verification: the spelling of the middle name, and the death and burial, which rest on the memorial and an index entry.[14]
