Identified in the 1910 census as “Orian Stone,” a spelling variant of Orrin, and named as “Orrin Frederick Stone (1868-1953)” on his mother Frances A. Morrell Stone’s Find a Grave memorial (121268693); the two records are treated as the same person on shared given name, sex, birth year (abt 1868), Maine birthplace, and direct mother-son household relationship (1910 census, Windham, Cumberland, Maine). Needs independent verification: a Maine birth or baptismal record, or Orrin/Orian Stone’s own death or probate record, naming his parents.^[4]
